Most UK immigration applications involve a Home Office fee and, for stays longer than six months, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS). This page brings together the current main business and private client figures.

Immigration Health Surcharge
The IHS is paid upfront as part of your application. GOV.UK states it is usually £1,035 per year for each person. A discounted rate of £776 per year applies to students, their dependants, Youth Mobility Scheme applicants and children under 18.
For example, GOV.UK’s own worked example for a 2 year Skilled Worker visa from outside the UK, in a job not on the immigration salary list, is £819 for the visa plus £1,035 for each year of the stay in surcharge, a total of £2,889.
